How to lodge your grievance related to PAN card online
If you have any grievance with respect to PAN submitted to either UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL) or NSDL like Neither PA number or PAN card not received, or non-allotment of PAN, or PAN returned undelivered, or mismatch in the name, or photo mismatch, or Father’s name mismatch, or any other error on the card.
Now you can file your grievances using Income tax grievance management system (http://incometax.sparshindia.com/pan/pan.asp) – which allows you to submit your complaints related to PAN applications online.
Grievances related to PAN Card can be lodged by clicking the ‘submit’ link.
Once you click this link, a form for PAN grievances is displayed in the next screen.
1. You are required to choose the nature of the complaint from the dropdown menu.
2. Need to provide Receipt/Coupon Number, P A Number and Agency.
3. You need to provide your Name, Father name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone, Email, Application Date and finally add brief description of the complaint in Applicant Remark field.
4. Once these details are entered, you can be click “submit” to submit the form online.
Sparsh portal also allows you to check the status of your complaint online using http://incometax.sparshindia.com/pan/pan.asp and by clicking on the ‘status’ link. You can retrieve the grievance status by entering either your PAN number or your complaint number – allotted while registering grievance.
